Sometimes, especially with lots of info in Comments, it is difficult to read quickly if there are any problems with the package update, therefore we could:

Colorize "karma {value}": Use red for negative (-1), yellow for neutral, and skip green as it offers little value for voters.
De-emphasize Bodhi comments: Make all text gray to reduce their prominence.
Add summary after comments: If no comments are from Bodhi, display a note like: "Note: 1 informational and 2 negative comments above. Please review." Use yellow and red to color-code this summary as well.

The above is currently ready and waiting for review. I also added the --no-color option as requested by @kparal to surpress the colorized output in case where the color combination of the users' terminal does not display content properly.

Also, I chose different shade of yellow and grey to make them visible on the vast majority of Ptyxis palettes.
