#157 Add "forgot password link" to Ipsilon / needs theme customization

We need a "forgot password" link on the login screen. Ipsilon doesnt currently have this. IIRC puiterwijk said we can file a ticket against fedora-infra to modify our custom ipsilon theme to enable this.

Fedora Infra has a custom trac where our theme can be tracked.
If you and/or Ryan could come up with a patch for this, that'd be great, and you can send it my way and I'll apply it.
