#261 Translation widget: Zanata language completion status

We need a widget that, per release, will display the translation status for languages from Zanata.

Notes:

  • the upper left dropdown lets you pick between releases, eg, "Fedora 24 Release" v "master" ...

  • the upper right dropdown lets you pick between "Essential projects" and "all projects" - eg which packages are included in the status. essential would be the core fedora packages
