#321 Mockup for when user who already has Freenode nick wants to enable Hubs IRC

We need a mockup to show how users who already have a registered Freenode nick can enable IRC in hubs.

So this will require a modification to the register to freenode wizard:
- A link will need to be added on the first screen to enable the form below
- The "Register" button will now need to say "Continue"
