When adding widgets to a hub, the available widgets shows widgets that are already in a particular column. It wouldbe nice if these were either disabled, or just not shown if a column already has a particular widget it in.

Well, some widgets are designed to be instanciated multiple times (for example the "sticky" widget). I can also imagine having multiple "pending issues" widgets for different projects.
