When joining a hub as a member, we should also subscribe the user to the hub so they get notifications in the stream when they happen. Conversely, when leaving a group hub, you will be unsubsribed as well. If a user wants to be a member of a hub, but not subscribe to the messages in the stream, they unsubscribe after the fact.
