I thought we had documented this in https://docs.pagure.org/Fedora-Infra.rpmautospec/deploying.html or https://docs.pagure.org/Fedora-Infra.rpmautospec/peculiarities.html#fedpkg-output but apparently not, this may be a good first step

Note: this code actually lives in rpkg.

PR #126 is to define and expose AUTOREL_MACRO which lets fedpkg (or rather rpkg) check if the (parametrized) macro is used.
