Story Time

As a package maintainer,

I want that automatic release and changelog are applied when I build my package in Koji,

so that I can use the feature in official package builds.

Acceptance criteria

  • The process-distgit subcommand evaluates git history to compute the release and generate the changelog (see #125, #142).
  • The Koji builder plugin does the same.

@scoady We noticed that some bits of this are needed to test the %autorelease offset thing #145, so @dkirwan and I wanted to pick it up next.
