As a Fedora package maintainer,

I want that the rpmautospec Koji plugin is deployed on the production builders,

so I can use its fancy features!

Acceptance Criteria

• The Fedora Infra Ansible has all the bits flipped to allow deploying the plugin not just in staging but also in production.
• The plugin is actually deployed to prod Koji builders.
• One package is converted to using %autorelease and %autochangelog, and it builds successfully.
