If I commit with the message:

git commit -m "Update to 20210722" -m " Close: rhbz#1971156"

Only "Update to 20210722" is kept in the generated changelog, and the bug number is thus not picked up by Bodhi.

Yeah, this doesn't make sense. But let's continue the discussion in #189.
