Please implement an override of this check to take into consideration also members of the sysadmin-releng group in fas https://fasjson.fedoraproject.org/v1/groups/releng-team/members/

So every member of the releng team can request branches for any project in distgit.

@humaton As the link to code is pointing to something else now, could you point me to which check you wanted to override with sysadmin-releng? The branch requester?
