It still suggests using ./manage.py, while the edits are done manually and one should do make upload.
./manage.py
make upload

When I updated the docs, no-one really knew how to update them on RTD.
FWIW, the up-to-date version of the SOP is available here:
https://docs.pagure.org/infra-docs/sysadmin-guide/sops/status-fedora.html

So, I discovered that there is/was a hook to update this, and it was set to only trigger on 'master' branch changes. However, we switched to 'main'. :)
So, I switched the hook and pushed a commit, but it still didn't work. :)
https://readthedocs.org/projects/fedora-infra-docs/builds/ likely needs adjusting some.

@kevin Should I just fix this and then take a look at updating https://fedora-infra-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/sysadmin-guide/sops/status-fedora.html to match what @ryanlerch sent https://docs.pagure.org/infra-docs/sysadmin-guide/sops/status-fedora.html in a new issue?
yeah, I think we want the readthedocs and the docs.pagure to be the exact same (the current content).

So it looks like the problem is that there's no way to change RTD. The changes need to be made in docs.pagure and pushed, but the builds have been failing because there's no longer a "master" branch which has been updated to "main". Like @kevin said above, https://readthedocs.org/projects/fedora-infra-docs/builds/ needs to be updated

@jcline could you help out here? (fix or add folks to fix the readthedocs end?)
@kevin, I think I've fixed it on the readthedocs end but I definitely should not be the single point of failure here. Just let me know the RTD usernames to add to the project.
Thanks @jcline for fixing it. Can you add me to the project please?

Yeah, if you could add james and also me that would be great! Thanks!
@kevin @jrichardson what are your readthedocs.org usernames? I looked up nirik and kevin and neither one seems to exist, same for jrichardson.
Jamricha, thanks @jcline
Oops. I thought I had an account, but I guess not. There should be a 'nirik' account there now.
Okay, I've added you both. You should be admins and able to add others as necessary.
Thanks!
