What kind of group are you looking for here? :)

1. A group you can use for copr
2. A group that just 'watches' packages (group is cc'ed on bugs)
3. A group that is set as main contact of packages and members are able to commit to the package based on being in the group.

Each of these are slightly different group types with different setup.

None of them can use spaces in names... so, 'fedora-llvm-team' ?
