I'm trying to sponsor a user, but I don't see the field that is pre-filled in with "add_user" as per documentation ?

It does show in FAS that I have the "sponsor" capability for the packager group

it shows it, but it is not very obvious as it is far down the page at the members section. So indeed the bug was me
