For weeks I've been unable to log into discussions.fedoraproject.org on my mobile phone because whenever I hit the log in button and was redirected to accounts.fpo, I'd log in and get a 400 error and get stuck.

This morning I needed to add a session description to my talk at the F35 release party on the wiki, I tried to log into the wiki, and hit the same issue - redirected to accounts.fpo, get dumped at a 400 error.

What I found out today, in both cases, is that I can log in. But I have to open a new tab to the original app I was trying to log into, and then I'll be logged in.

The issue here is that the 400 error page:

• 1 makes it seem as if login totally failed (maybe with all the issues I've had, I took it at face value when I shouldn't have) so you just give up
• 2 it puts you on a page with no links or redirect back to the app you were trying to log into so you don't think to try (again assuming it's broken since the error makes ti seem that way)

Now that I know the secret that it's now logging me in (But telling me it failed) I will be OK but I suspect this will hang others up in the same way I was hung up and locked out of apps.
