Describe what you would like us to do:

There are a number of groups who still list irc.freenode.net as the irc link on accounts.fedoraproject.org. This should be changed to irc.libera.chat for all of these groups.

This is controlled by ipa so would likely need a script written to do a find replace for each group in ipa. I have done a few by hand as requested but that is not a viable solution.

This would also need to be done in staging.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

We have a script, we need to just announce when we are going to run it now.
