Seems like there was patch traffic back in June, but all spam since then.
I'm not sure what the list is for, but I noted "fedorahosted". Perhaps nuke it from orbit?
I asked the maintainer of the LNST project and they will discuss if they want to keep the mailing list next week.

Hi,
so I talked to a couple of colleagues and if possible we'd like to keep the list for occasional announcement type emails.
Is it possible to do something about the spam? In the meantime I set the list to only accept messages from subscribers, but not sure if that will resolve everything.

Yes, lists are default set to only allow posts by subscribers. This should pretty much eliminate the spam.
I'm surprised it wasn't set that way. ;(
I have deleted the last 3 months of spam from the archives.
Please let us know if there's anything further you would like us to do.
