Describe what you would like us to do:

The URL https://join.fedoraproject.org correctly sends users to https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/join/ . But it does that by first going to the old wiki page, which re-redirects. It would be better to have it just point directly.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Not urgent. But will prevent some breakage in the distant future, probably.

Ok, i have created the following PR which i think will solve this one:

Will want to check with someone in sysadmin-main before running the proxies.yml playbook though (don't want to mess that up while everyone is asleep) :)
