Hi,

I'm the admin of https://ftp.osuosl.org and it looks like our registration in MirrorManager has gone stale over the years. I see a reference that we had some accounts under "osuadmin" or "osladmin" at some point but neither seem to be active anymore.

I created a new "osuosl" account with the fedora@osuosl.org email address so the can properly manage our mirror with Fedora/CentOS/EPEL. However, when I tried adding our site "Oregon State University Open Source Lab", I get the following message: "Could not create the new site".

I suspect this is due to the fact we have an old entry somewhere in your system that's preventing me from adding that site. Can you please assist?

I'm working on fixing our report_mirror scripting on the mirror as it's been outdated for quite a while.
