Currently many of the proxies have a failed rsyncd service:
● rsyncd.service loaded failed failed fast remote file copy program daemon
This is because we used to use xinetd to manage rsyncd, but xinetd is gone as of fedora 35. Proxies have been upgraded, but not reinstalled, so they still have xinetd on them.
I'm not sure if this is worth a freeze break to fix, or we just wait until post freeze, but I thought I would file a ticket so we don't forget.
The fix (I think) is to remove xinetd and then restart the rsyncd service.
@phsmoura noticed this issue and has looked at it some. :)
