I have recently started this thread of fedora-devel:
https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/72OLP27PCUNBPOJYROFX64O6ZXTN6YHY/
However, the problem is that not all emails have reached my inbox, namely I am missing these:
https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/message/TN2VDGUUG7WGD5HTPIPRB4THSNNQ5GZW/ https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/message/ZV6EAXC7EJXKCUYCVC3YOZNHS5W7UN4G/ https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/message/HX2P2LCMFV6YM2MAVLFLJRF322AID3GA/ https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/message/V27QZ3ESGUJ5Y6DWLO7ZMTUVQFDLWFDK/ https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/message/QRHPU5AOLTOQD6O7XAWIMZSFVCAQPFFW/
They are not in my spam folder. They seems to be just missing. Not sure where the issue lies, but it certainly does not help with communication :((
It's almost certanly due to mail from fedoraproject.org -> redhat.com being blocked/stuck.
We thought we had adjusted to their new limits, but apparently not. ;(

ok, This should now be fixed.
We have 0 emails to send to redhat.com now, so everything in the backlog should be sent.
Sorry for the trouble!
Please re-open or file a new one if you see this again...

@kevin are you in contact with RH email folks? Because this is ridiculous. I have just received emails from 22nd and all the discussion is borked. I did already my attempt previously but it seems it led nowhere.
I have a ticket open with them, but no direct contact....
as noted when I closed the ticket, it seems completely solved from our side now. All the backlog is gone and we are staying at 0 emails pending for redhat.com addresses.
The problem was that internally they moved to a new MX server and that server had a much more aggressive connection limit on it, so we would try and send and hit that limit and it would block us for a while, then repeat. We now reuse connections to it, so if we get 1000 emails for redhat.com addresses, it opens like 20 connections and feeds all those emails through those instead of opening up 1000 connections.
I'm sorry if things arrived out of order for you, but it should be normal from here and also I would hope your email reader could assemble threads based on messageid...
