Yep. This is 100% expected.
We don't require https on the blogs aggregated there, so if we served the page with https it would just complain about http content, so we don't.
There was a thought about requiring https now that letsencrypt is everywhere last year, but no one has had the cycles to drive that forward yet.
Also, we are looking at migrating to a new aggregator, so that might be a nice time to require https on blogs, but not today.
