It appears that fedscm-admin created a broken dist-git repository: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rust-normpath
It didn't create a "main" branch and no initial commit, and I cannot push anything into the repository.

Then there seems to be some inconsistency between what you see and what I and pagure see. https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/rust-normpath shows no branches and no commits.
Ah, rather, it only shows a "main" branch, but no "rawhide" branch, which is wrong. "rawhide" should be the default branch, with "main" being a symbolic reference to it. So something has gone wrong when this repo was created.
Also, nirik is still listed as admin, which is probably also caused by fedscm-admin snafu.
Looks like the re-created / fixed repository is working as expected now. I was able to push to the rawhide branch and launch a build. Thanks!
