As soon as possible.
On digging deep,
I found this repo : https://pagure.io/Real-paper-writing-services (has weird issues) and this other user : ellihouston12

So I tried to deal with this pagure spam following the guide and I was able to do some of the things:
ipa user-disable ellihouston12 ipa: ERROR: Insufficient access: Insufficient 'write' privilege to the 'nsAccountLock' attribute of entry 'uid=ellihouston12,cn=users,cn=accounts,dc=fedoraproject,dc=org'.
So I tried to deal with this pagure spam following the guide and I was able to do some of the things: I was able to delete the spam project I was able to block the users in pagure I didn't found a way to look at all the comments they created from their profile
You need to go to the pagure.io/users/username page and click on the little activity squares. Those show the comments they added. ;( Then go and delete each of them.
I wasn't able to delete the comment https://pagure.io/mindshare/issue/16#comment-844000 (didn't found any option to do it)
There should be a little trash can next to the comment (at the end of  reply edit...) You need to likely be in PAGURE_ADMIN_USERS. Can you submit a PR to add yourself? it's in roles/pagure/templates/pagure.cfg
I wasn't able to block the user in IPA ipa user-disable ellihouston12 ipa: ERROR: Insufficient access: Insufficient 'write' privilege to the 'nsAccountLock' attribute of entry 'uid=ellihouston12,cn=users,cn=accounts,dc=fedoraproject,dc=org'.
I usually use the ipa web it for this. Does it give you the same error?
https://id.fedoraproject.org/ipa/ui
(I did already delete this user and that comment).
We can continue the rest out of band?

@kevin I tried to enable one of the spam accounts on the IPA web interface and got same error. So it seems I'm missing some group.
Try now. I think I have sorted out your group memberships.
It seems to be working now, I was able to enable and again disable one of the spammers. Thanks.
