With new Fedora release I rebuilt all modules again. I again hit MBS bug when accepting new builds https://pagure.io/fm-orchestrator/issue/1759. Today I verified with "fedpkg module-overview --unfinished" that no build is running. Then I was decreasing number of contexts in perl-CGI:4.54 YAML file to measure MBS's limit: 8 contexts timed out. 4 contexts timed out, 2 contexts timed out. 1 context 503 HTTP error. "fedpkg module-overview --unfinished" now always return 503 HTTP error.
Please restart MBS server.
I found all proxies complaining about mbs being down but was not sure if a restart would make things worse or not. I will take this as a 'ok to restart'. currently a systemctl restart httpd on mbs-frontend01 has hung for 3 minutes.
systemctl restart httpd
restart finally completed and I have also done a systemctl restart fedmsg-hub mbs-worker@0 mbs-worker@1 mbs-worker@2 mbs-poller on the backend.
systemctl restart fedmsg-hub mbs-worker@0 mbs-worker@1 mbs-worker@2 mbs-poller
Please test and we can close if working

"fedpkg module-overview --unfinished" works again and show a new libreoffice build in progress. I will wait with harassing MBS until this expensive build is done. Thanks for the restart.
