designteam-maintainers-members@fedoraproject.org should already be set up to send to all the members of that group. designteam-maintainers-sponsors@fedoraproject.org should work for the sponsors.
is that what you are after? or do you want the additional alias for design@fedoraproject.org to be sent to designteam-maintainers-members@fedoraproject.org
