It seems I am not receiving notifications since Friday. I hope it is not "the FMN outage" yet.

Indeed, it was stuck. Restarted things and I think it's processing again now.

I restarted fedmsg-hub-3 on notifs-backend01.iad2.fedoraproject.org which I think unstuck it.

If you are still not seeing anything, please reopen...
