This looks like a bug in changes made for the new fmn...
but nagios is alerting on:
PROBLEM - notifs-web01.iad2.fedoraproject.org/http-fmn-api is CRITICAL: connect to address 10.3.163.64 and port 443: Connection refused (noc01) PROBLEM - notifs-web01.iad2.fedoraproject.org/http-fmn-web is CRITICAL: connect to address 10.3.163.64 and port 443: Connection refused (noc01)
Thats correct that notifs-web01 (the OLD fmn) isn't listening on port 443. ;)
I think the intent was to monitor notifications.fedoraproject.org... but thats the proxy network, so perhaps these checks could just be dropped?

Should be fixed by ansible commit 80c7b61. Indeed FMN is now running in OpenShift, but I did not update the hostgroup.
I've rerun the noc playbook. Sorry for the trouble. (note: it also picked up a change to the ibiblio-hosts.cfg file)
