We are seeing instability and issues with various web applications. We are investigating the problem.
Created this ticket to track this issue and have attached it to the update on statusfpo:

This was caused by vmhost-x86-03 becoming unstable with the rhel 8.8 kernel and taking db01 down.
I rebooted it back to the rhel 8.7 kernel and everything should be back to normal now.
