With the "in the horizon Cloud" resource we are going to claim we will need to have Trac system to keep taps on that ( what's need to be done etc ) and other stuff as well..

I second this request. I think in general as the Fedora QA team and responsibilities grow, having a ticket system to track efforts will be vital.
