Create a new FAS group called centos-socialmedia with Shaun McCance (shaunm) and Amy Marrich (spotz) as sponsors. I need to stop using my own email address to own CentOS social media accounts, and I've decided to completely copy what Fedora has done with fedora-socialmedia.
