F34 updates are still on the master mirror, they need to be archived

This is actually tied into https://pagure.io/releng/issue/11499 and should be followed there.

Long story short..

  1. F34 updates were archived early (by me) and then the final archive was not done because it looked like they archive had been completed.
  2. This broke coreos and some things so the ticket was opened. The old items needed to be gotten off of koji and restaged somewhere..
  3. Work was started to get this done correctly.
  4. Something Something Something
  5. Flock

I don't know if this ticket should be closed in lieue of the releng ticket or kept open as a reminder.
