#11477 Create FAS groups for the ai/ml SIG that also map to gitlab

Describe what you would like us to do:

Create the following groups in FAS:

  • ai-ml-sig
  • ai-ml-sig-admin

Both groups should start with @tflink and @jsteffan as sponsors

Also, please map the groups such that

  • ai-ml-sig in FAS maps to either Developer or Maintainer in the sigs/ai-ml group in GitLab
  • ai-ml-sig-admin in FAS maps to Owner in the sigs/ai-ml group in GitLab

If there is a different convention WRT using Developer over Maintainer or something other than Owner for admin roles, please substitute those roles.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

It would be nice to have this done by 2023/08/21
