Add bugzilla@redhat.com to explicitly accepted addresses for multimedia-sig@lists.fedoraproject.org mailing list. The existence of such option is hinted at https://lists.fedoraproject.org/admin/lists/multimedia-sig.lists.fedoraproject.org/settings/message_acceptance but it's not exposed in the admin web interface.
