Create a FAS group named rocm-packagers-sig which will be used for package ACLs so a mirror dist-git group as well. I'm not sure if I'm using the correct terminology but I hope that my request is clear enough.
rocm-packagers-sig
Sponsors: tflink, mystro256 Group Description: ROCm packagers SIG
2023/09/08 would be fine, there's no rush

The group is now created. You need to relog in dist-git for this to take effect.

@zlopez for a packager group you also have to make a mailing list, set it private and set it as the email for the group...
then they need to create a bugzilla account for it

I was following howto and for pkgdb group the requester needs to request mailing list. Maybe I just misunderstood that. But good to know for next time.
Huh, that could be re-written.
For a "pkgdb" group you MUST have a mailing list.
I created the list, set it to moderate everyone, private archives and confirm, then moderate subscription policy.
@tflink you need to go make a bugzilla account with rocm-packagers-sig@lists.fedoraproject.org (the confirm will go to the list and get moderated so you can see it and accept it). Then you may want to subscribe bugzilla@redhat.com and set it to 'no mail' so it can send to the list.
