Fix the wiki. It seems to be slow to respond, and edit attempts seem to always give a 504 gateway timeout error. This is preventing the creation and updating of release validation event pages.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

ASAP.

restarting apache unstuck the wiki.
