Resolve e-mail delivery issues to *-maintainers@fedoraproject.org aliases. At the moment, my mail is getting deferred with the following message:

As soon as possible. E-mail to maintainer aliases is not getting delivered at the moment. This was noticed by @lecris .
It needs more context about my issue. In my case the error was:
This is the mail system at host relay.mailchannels.net. I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below. For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster. If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message. The mail system <avogadro2-maintainers@fedoraproject.org>: host mx1.redhat.com[66.187.233.71] said: 551 5.7.1 SPF fail: 'tiger.tulip.relay.mailchannels.net'[23.83.218.248], 'lecris.me'; REJECT (in reply to RCPT TO command) Reporting-MTA: dns; relay.mailchannels.net X-Postfix-Queue-ID: 6E58990131A X-Postfix-Sender: rfc822; fedora@lecris.me Arrival-Date: Tue, 12 Sep 2023 07:49:00 +0000 (UTC) Final-Recipient: rfc822; avogadro2-maintainers@fedoraproject.org Original-Recipient: rfc822;avogadro2-maintainers@fedoraproject.org Action: failed Status: 5.7.1 Remote-MTA: dns; mx1.redhat.com Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 551 5.7.1 SPF fail: 'tiger.tulip.relay.mailchannels.net'[23.83.218.248], 'lecris.me'; REJECT
But it is unclear why mailchannels.net was used there since I am using mxroute.net. I have confirmed that my DNS records were not broken with mail-tester.com (test email).
mailchannels.net
Also, here is the mail header that was received with a few cuts to irrelevant dkim signature, etc. for brevity:

@lecris It looks to me that your issue and mine are unrelated.
Yes. I have filed an internal ticket on the virus-scanner 451's.
On the spf failure, not sure without digging through the logs, but IMHO setting -all in SPF records is not a great idea.
