Reopen Issue

The current admin(s) of the "rust" and "rust-sig" mailing lists are no longer around, so there is nobody available to administrate these two lists. I am currently the most active SIG member and also a sponsor for the FAS group. It would be great if I could also administrate our two mailing lists - I need to check whether all current SIG members are subscribed, and I also assume nobody has looked at "held" messages in ... years, probably.
