The buildvm-x86-05.stg.iad2.fedoraproject.org builder can't reach sso.redhat.com to get an OAuth token, which means that it can't reach Image Builder API.

Image builds in STG Koji used to work fine, not sure if something changed in the infra or if the worker just does not have proper firewall rules.
