I helped Bill here create his new @ctlinux account to replace @renegadext.

I checked the accounts and the @renegadext already has the same groups as @ctlinux. Also both of them are currently enabled.
As none of the accounts is in packager groups I don't assume you own any package.

To disable the @ctlinux account, you need to create a request in https://pagure.io/fedora-pdr.

Let me know if there is anything else that needs to be solved.

It's the other way around. @ctlinux needs to be in everything @renegadext was.

I misunderstood the request. In this case I added the @ctlinux to fedora-hams, which was the only group that was missing on this account.
