Describe what you would like us to do:

I've taken over administration of the University of Calgary's open source mirror (https://mirror.cpsc.ucalgary.ca/) and would like to have our Fedora mirror added to the public list.

I am unable to add UofC as a site in mirrormanager - I asked in the infrastructure Matrix channel and this appears to be because a site already exists in UofC's name, registered by a user who is no longer at the University. I'd like to be added to the site so I can manage the mirror's entry.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)
