RHEL 7 EOL is approaching (June 2024) and we still have some services running on RHEL7 machines.
Fedimg is one of these services and we need to do something about it.
This application needs to be investigated first, so we know if it's still used and needs to be updated.

CC: @davdunc and the cloud sig folks were talking about replacing this, but I don't know the status.
Note here too that fedimg both consumes and emits fedmsgs so that will need to be changed to fedora messaging if this sticks around
