Describe what you would like us to do:

RHEL 7 EOL is approaching (June 2024) and we still have some servers running on RHEL7 machines.

db-fas01.iad2.fedoraproject.org is one of these servers and we need to do something about it.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

I plan to move this to rhel9.

The db server is currently only used by ipsilon. It used to be used by fas2 also, but thats no more.
