Does this need to be a group that will be used for bugs/package maintaining?
Or just a group for tracking members?

This will be a packaging group for maintaining the XR stack and dealing with bugs.

Yup, that sounds good to me. I've updated the wiki.

ok. I have:

• created the mailing list with you as owner
• created the group in fas and on src.fedoraproject.org with you as a member and manager.
• Created the #xr:fedoraproject.org matrix room

You will need to:

• join the matrix room and I can make you a moderator and you can set room title, etc.
• make a xr-sig@lists.fedoraproject.org bugzilla account (the confirm will hit list moderation and you can get it from there to complete the signup)
• I couldn't figure out how to add the tag on discussion, can you ask for it in 'help and feedback' on the site?
