Pull the following updates on the compose hosts for F39, F40 & Rawhide:
- F39: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2024-4afd3d38ae
- F40: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2024-589189d414
- F41: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2024-79ee347bd7

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

For Fedora 40, so needs infra freeze exception.

compose-rawhide01 I already will update and isn't frozen.

compose-branched01 updated and waiting for f40 update to get stable before starting compose there.

Waiting for f39 update to request stable and can do a f39 stable push

we need a bit more karma on the updates. one more karma on f40 update would trigger autopush, two more on f39.
