The directory listing theme for fedorapeople.org (e.g. https://ngompa.fedorapeople.org) is horribly outdated compared to the rest of the Fedora project resources. On top of it, the theme is slightly broken due to several missing assets that the theme tries to load.
It should be refreshed to match the current theme convention for Fedora web resources.
Whenever, it's not terribly urgent.

I've fixed broken asset links, which should make user pages look better. I'll leave the actual theme update to someone else.
