Describe what you would like us to do:

In https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/11734 we got a maubot intance created to monitor pipeline failues on bodhi.
This have been working well, but I would like to enable markdown formatting to get more visual information in the messages posted.
Right now I think the formatting is set to plaintext.

I am referring to this setting

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

changed the setting from plaintext to markdown -- in theory this should format the emojis as well

the alerts are few and far between, so going to close this as done, but we can reopen if it doesnt work as expected (not sure how i can test it without waiting)

I will trigger the jenkins function that hooks to the bot manually so I can test the formatting .
