I need the static library (libnuma.a) to build msquic, but it is missing from any of the RPM sources I've known of. apt and apk repos have the static library so it should be included in rpm as well.

Hi it would be better to ask in packaging groups or sent e-mail to devel@lists.fedoraproject.org and ask somebody to package it for you. You can also package it by yourself. Or you should be able to provide it during build, but I'm not that savvy with packaging to help you here.

This is not something the Infrastructure team could help with.
