#12587 Extremely slow Koji blocks the Pyhon 3.14 rebuild

We have started the mass Python 3.14 side tag rebuild in f43-python today.

We are blocked by Koji being extremely slow.

  • subtasks take minutes to even start
  • SRPM tasks take ~10 minutes
  • builds are tagged but never successfully awaited by waitrepo (for hours)
  • when a build is finished (in build.log, exit code is 0), it takes ~10 minutes to actual successful result
  • we see occasional 504 timeout errors

We started 4 hours ago and managed to build 3 packages.
