I am intermittently hitting this error with dnf (from my rawhide toolbox)
Failed to download metadata (metalink: "https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=rawhide&arch=x86_64") for repository "rawhide": Usable URL not found
It works the second time I try (so far)
Can you attach your /var/log/dnf.librepo.log ? or try running dnf with -v and see if it shows what mirrorlist server it's hitting?
I noted in matrix but not here: there was no corresponding entry in /var/log/dnf.librepo.log
Sorry I don't see a -v option. I could use curl?
-v
This only happens a couple of times a week - so it is going to be tricky to track down...
I'm getting errors like this too, but also this one (which seems to be similar but not exactly the same):
Failed to download metadata (metalink: "https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=rawhide&arch=x86_64") for repository "fedora": Download failed: Curl error (23): Failed writing received data to disk/application for https://ftp-stud.hs-esslingen.de/pub/fedora/linux/development/rawhide/Everything/x86_64/os/repodata/a84e7dc82770f9cd75b3a87d2ded8ec06b143749ac1fa65b24d4449137102572-primary.xml.zck [Failure writing output to destination, passed 293 returned 0]
I saw it too, but it only happened once for me and then it was gone. I just thought I hit a wrong mirror.

Yes. Can anyone who was seeing this see if they still are?
I guess it was that and should be fixed now.
